The following financial policies will apply to all students:

• Fresh applicants: Every new student is required to pay along with the submission of his application for admission to ECMIT , the first installment of the first semester’s (depending upon payment plan chosen) fee. If the student subsequently decides not to join, no refund will be made.


• Refund policy: Refund of tuition fees will be based on submission of withdrawal within the stipulated time frame. To request a refund in case of excess payment, the student must make an application to the Administration Manager.


Where a student is asked to withdraw ECMIT as a result of a disciplinary action, unused tuition fees will not be refunded.


A credit & financial audit will be done for each student at the time the student leaves the college. Any amount found paid in excess of what was due to the college, will be refunded in full to the student by a cheque payment.


• Transferring and/or graduating students will not receive their transcripts and/or degrees till such time that all financial dues are cleared.


• Transcript requests from students transferring out of ECMIT will not be processed till such time that all financial dues are cleared
