BLAW 240 Business Law 3 Credits
Business Law is in an introduction to the essential elements of business and consumer law. This course provides the students with an understanding of the legal system with reference to contract rights and deals with essential elements of contracts, breach of contracts and remedies. In addition it aims to familiarize the student with the basic concepts of a law governing society.
