HRM / Human Resource Management

HRM 230 Human Resources Management I 3 Credits
Human Resources Management I provides theoretical and practical approaches to the study of human resource management while focusing on enhancement of students personal capabilities. Students will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of HRM theory and practice especially through critical analysis of the existing practices in the industry. In addition the aim of the course will be to familiarize the student with different methods involved in recruitment and training and to appreciate and recognize various dimensions involved in performance monitoring.
