VazeerJan Begum, Assistant Professor & Division Chair, CEPD
Dr. Begum earned her Ph. D. degree with a major in Management from Mother Teresa Women’s University. Begum holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Madras and a PGDHRM from Pondicherry University. Vazeer’s primary teaching and research interests are in the areas of strategic management, strategic marketing management, consumer behavior, operations management and marketing research. She is particularly interested in the development and use of financial and non-financial measures to support learning and strategic management practices. Vazeer is the author of a number of research articles in peer reviewed journals of international repute. She has attended and presented papers in a number of conferences and workshops in UAE, India and overseas. Begum has contributed enormously to the development of Continuing Education and Professional Development department. She is the Programme Manager and the Lead Verifier for the BTEC Level 4, 5 and 7 programmes offered by the college.
Shruthi Devidharan, Lecturer
Shruthi is a master’s degree holder in Human Resource Management and Systems. She was a business analyst in the Oil & Gas Logistics Software sector before taking up teaching. Her areas of interest include human resource performance and work-life balance issues. Her graduation in computer science engineering gives an ability to handle technical subjects as well. She handles HR, Marketing, Change Management and general Business Subjects.
